Mentor Foundation (MMB) is a unique nonprofit mentoring and eLearning organisation operating in Indonesia. We provide Ladders of Opportunity to low income and/or underprivileged applicants in developing countries through our free Prosperity Programs, consisting of short seminars and courses on better personal money management, small business training programs to help those with Dreams, Learn, so they can Do!

Our unique mentoring and training focuses on supporting and inspiring people in impoverished communities who have hopes and dreams of a better life, that are prepared to learn, and do the things necessary to succeed in becoming independently financially sustainable for themselves, their families, and their communities. Our Prosperity Programs provide education, ongoing small business mentorship, and small business grants to facilitate recipients establishing sustainable, growing, and profitable small businesses.

Why is Mentor Foundation unique?

Based on 25 years experience and 15 years research by our Founder, Alan Morgan, Mentor Foundation has proven that providing training on small business essentials is only a small part of what it takes to positively change the lives of those in need. Many organisations provide similar programs with varying successes. The key to making Mentor Foundation’s programs far more effective is our unique strategies which positively change money management habits and behaviours underpinned by inspiring and multi-model educational methodologies and ongoing mentoring.
